Job Summary:
- The Deputy Director for RAFI Micro-finance Operations shall be responsible for the management of the economic and human resources, operational and financial performance, and the development of the institutional capacity of the micro-finance program of the Foundation.
- Extensive experience in banking or micro-finance in a directorship level or as a senior branch manager or office
- Extensive work experience in developing and implementing strategic and operational plans for a micro-finance institution
- Possesses the genuine interest for capacitating others
