OPERATIONS MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Operations and Management Experience in a call center environment
- Preferred, background in customer service/technical bpo industry
- Preferred, experience in launching new programs/accounts
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, and service level reports
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients or other members of the business community
- Ability to effectively present information to Site Director and Management Team
- Ability to apply concepts such as percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical interference
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
